The Champions of Health program celebrates people and organizations that are making a positive impact on the health of our state through innovative programs.
SINCE 2004, THE CHAMPIONS OF HEALTH AWARDS HAVE RECOGNIZED THOSE MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITIES.
From organizations providing wellness initiatives to bridge gaps for better health outcomes, to those implementing nutritional programs which teach the importance of making healthy choices, past Champions of Health nominees and winners represent the important efforts to improve the health of Oklahomans. We are proud to recognize the individuals and organizations whose efforts advance our shared commitment to caring for the whole person.
